Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling before work starts

A service can usually be cancelled before active work starts. If cancellation is requested before review, planning, consultation, setup, or delivery work begins, the order may be eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy.

2. Cancelling after work starts

Once work has started, cancellation requests are reviewed based on completed work, delivered materials, time spent, and remaining scope. Partial refunds may be considered where appropriate.

3. Consultation rescheduling

Direction calls can usually be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Clients should contact Artem as soon as possible if they cannot attend a scheduled call.

4. Scope changes

If the client requests a major change after purchase, Artem may recommend adjusting the scope, moving to a different service, or creating a separate quote. A cancellation may be discussed if the original service is no longer suitable.
