Refund Policy

1. Customer-friendly approach

Artem wants every order to feel fair and clearly scoped. If something is unclear, clients are encouraged to contact Artem as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed calmly and professionally.

2. Refunds before work starts

A refund can be requested before active work begins. If no review, planning, consultation, setup, or delivery work has started, the request will usually be approved.

3. Refunds after work starts

After work has started, refund requests are reviewed fairly based on the amount of work completed, materials already delivered, time spent, and remaining scope. A partial refund may be offered when appropriate.

4. Completed digital deliverables

Completed digital deliverables, such as written reviews, blueprints, workflow maps, setup notes, and handover summaries, may not be fully refundable once delivered. Artem will still review reasonable concerns and may provide clarification where appropriate.

5. Missed calls and scheduling

Consultation calls can usually be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed calls without notice may not be refundable, but Artem will review the situation fairly.

6. How to request a refund
