These Terms apply to digital services purchased from Artem Davydenko, including automation reviews, consultations, workflow blueprints, app prototype support, and scoped automation build packages.

Each service includes the deliverables described on the website or agreed in writing before work begins. Services may include written analysis, workflow maps, tool recommendations, setup notes, consultation, implementation support, or digital handover materials.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate project details, workflow information, and required context.
- Respond to reasonable clarification requests during delivery.
- Review delivered materials and raise questions within a reasonable time.
- Keep account credentials secure and avoid sending sensitive passwords by email.
4. Third-party tools
Automation work may involve third-party tools, APIs, workflow platforms, AI coding tools, forms, spreadsheets, CRMs, hosting services, or other accounts controlled by the client. Artem is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, permission limits, policy changes, or technical restrictions of third-party services.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
Artem provides professional automation planning and implementation support. No guarantee is made for revenue, business growth, platform approval, exact time savings, or outcomes outside Artem's control.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Service delivery begins after payment and after the required intake information has been received.
7. Revisions and clarification
Reasonable clarification may be included depending on the service purchased. New features, additional workflows, new integrations, or work outside the original scope may require a separate purchase or quote.
